Gala trains the most disadvantaged groups. Courses to increase the integration of workers
Gala has organised two annual courses aimed especially at professional profiles at risk of social exclusion, such as people with disabilities, people over 45 and unskilled workers.
With this initiative, the works council and the Human Resources Department at Gala intend to integrate the whole workforce and improve the work climate promoting the personal and professional relations between diverse profiles.
They also aim to train on quality and improve the competences of the company´s staff, with the intention of improving its productivity
A higher commitment with the culture and values of the company has thus been attained, reducing the labour absenteeism and increasing the production indicators by one point in reference to the previous year.
