Great reception of Gala's 1st Virtual Fair, where the company presented its latest novelties

Gala has successfully held its first Virtual New Products Fair, an online format especially aimed at distributors, with which the firm wanted to remain close to its customers at a time when it is not possible to organise face-to-face events.

At this virtual fair, which was held from 17 to 19 February, visitors had the opportunity to see the firm's new bathroom equipment collections at first hand. Gala set up an intuitive and highly dynamic online platform for this purpose. Through its own stands for each model, it was possible to access all the technical information of interest and abundant photographic material of each product. Proof of the smooth running of the platform is that visitors spent an average of around 30 minutes per connection. In addition, the Gala sales team was online at all times to answer visitors' queries and during the three days there was a succession of personal interviews with different distributors.

"We decided to innovate with this format to maintain proximity to our customers, which is fundamental for Gala", explains Oscar García, Communication Manager at Gala, who adds that "thanks to this, we have been able to provide our distributors with a very comfortable environment for commercial conversation, as the virtual platform was set up as a real meeting centre and we designed it as a trade fair".  García also values the success of the Virtual Fair: "We have received a very positive response with regard to the new products for 2021. This fair was the official presentation of the new Faucet Catalogue, with important advances and many new collections for bathrooms and kitchens, as well as the introduction of shower programmes. We have also had a very good response to the novelties in sanitary porcelain, the new coloured washbasins...".
